The founders of Synerg-X have over 60 years experience between them in running businesses, managing investment portfolios; developing deploying and supporting Project Portfolio Management solutions and processes; delivering information that underpins intelligent business decision making as well as the all important business change required to achieve this.
This experience has been gained by working with large multi-national companies through to medium and small sized enterprises. Our focus is to help our customers derive real value from their investment.

Shane Braiden
Shane has a very broad experience in Enterprise Management Information and with a background in finance has spent over 25 delivering financial and management information to key decision makers. Providing them with valuable insight into their enterprise data.
For the past 20 years Shane has been leveraging the reporting and data mining capability of Business Objects. He is a Business Objects XIR3 certified principal consultant with a history of working as an independent consultant with Business Objects directly as well as other Business Objects partners, delivering green field solutions to customers with little or no MI background. Shane is also Microsoft Certified Professional for Microsoft Project Server.
Shane also has a deep experience in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Power Pivot and Power BI.
His broad industry experience across the energy, telecoms, high street & web-based retail, Reinsurance, Film & Music sectors have made him a sought after expert in his field.
Shane is the Management Information lead within the Synerg-X business.

Andrew Cardrick
Andrew has extensive business and consulting experience across a wide range of industries. He has worked in the following fields of expertise - business process analysis & development, technical design and architecture, project & programme management, business needs analysis, training development and delivery.
He also has seven years of Investment Banking experience working for NatWest Markets, Greenwich NatWest and Goldman Sachs working as systems analyst, business analyst, development manager and technical architect. Three additional years were spent working as an IT consultant working with a range of different commercial and government clients.
Andrew spent 5 years with Planview Inc. as a Principle Consultant, working on implementations for BP, Credit Suisse, Mars, Vodafone, JP Morgan Chase, AstraZeneca, Carphone Warehouse, CitiBank, RBS and Exel Logistics before helping to found Synerg-X.
Andrew is a highly sort after resource for his proven product solution engineering and delivery skills and is the Product Solution Engineering lead for the Synerg-X business.

Paul Crain
Paul has a rich and wide business background. He brings to the team over twenty years’ experience ranging across Business Planning, Purchasing, Product Development, Sales and Marketing, Logistics Management, Business and General Management, Portfolio Management and Organisation change . This experience has been gained by working across many industries – Energy, Mobile Communications, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, IT Software & Services, Packaging, MoD, Education & Local Government.
Paul has a particular interest in delivering real value through quality Business Planning and Portfolio Management due to years of observed poor practice in many businesses.
In addition to his business skills, Paul brings expertise across a range of Portfolio Solutions – Planview, Pacific Edge, Custom Niku derived solution and is a Microsoft Certified Professional for Microsoft Project Server.
Paul leads our Business Solution Design and Delivery Implementations, as well as being the commercial lead for the Synerg-X business. He has a wealth of experience in managing large and high value PPM system implementations in multi-national organisations.
